These terms govern the use of the Cuppy application and the subscription terms for premium services.
Free version: basic features available without account creation.
Premium version: access to all advanced features (see product details on store).
The application offers a sharing feature that allows you to generate a public link share.cuppy.coffee/{id}. Anyone with this link will be able to view the associated session data (coffees, ratings, comments).
The user is solely responsible for distributing this link and acknowledges that the confidentiality of shared data cannot be guaranteed by the publisher once the link is communicated to third parties.
Links are public by nature: anyone who receives or discovers the link can view the shared data. This sharing is voluntarily initiated by the user.
Price, duration and renewal terms indicated on the store product page.
Auto-renewable subscription unless cancelled by the user via the store before the renewal date.
Free trial (if applicable) according to the terms displayed on the store.
Payments are handled by the relevant store (Apple / Google). The publisher does not store payment data.
The user can cancel their subscription via their store account settings.
No refund in case of cancellation during the subscription period.
Data collection and processing according to the application's Privacy Policy.
The publisher cannot be held responsible in case of service interruption, data loss or technical incompatibility.
The publisher may modify these terms at any time. Use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
