This license agreement governs the use of the Cuppy mobile application by the end user. Installation or use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The publisher grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Cuppy application.
Use is authorized only on compatible devices and according to store rules (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
Access to features depends on the subscription type (free or premium). The application includes sharing features, including the ability to publish a public link via share.cuppy.coffee.
The application offers an auto-renewable premium subscription.
The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The amount is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings or Google Play Store.
As part of beta testing, the publisher may temporarily grant access to premium features without subscription for testing and app improvement purposes.
The user is strictly prohibited from:
• Copying, distributing or publishing the software without prior written authorization from the publisher
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the application
• Using the application for illegal, harmful purposes or contrary to good cupping practices
The Cuppy application, its source code, graphics, aroma database and all its content are the exclusive property of the publisher.
All trademarks and logos are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
The publisher may provide updates, patches or improvements to the application at its discretion.
Some features may evolve, be modified or removed during updates.
The application is provided "as is" without guarantee of continuous availability or uninterrupted operation.
The publisher cannot be held responsible for data loss, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
In case of violation of these terms, the license may be terminated immediately by the publisher.
The user must then uninstall the application and cease all use.
The use of the application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
By accepting these terms of use, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
